Meet The EDGE Teen Services Team
Kristen Rojas
Executive Director
Kristen Rojas has spent over 30 years pouring her heart into education, guided by a simple belief: that education is the great equalizer, capable of lifting up voices that too often go unheard. Her career began in the classroom as an English teacher, fueled by a lifelong love of reading and writing, and it grew from there into a specialty in gifted education — supporting more than 15 school districts across Cincinnati and teaching future educators as an Adjunct Professor at Miami University and Xavier University. She went on to serve in school leadership roles as a principal and as a statewide trainer for the Ohio Department of Education, shaping how teachers, principals, and counselors are supported across Ohio. Most recently, she served in school leadership at a nationally recognized Catholic college preparatory high school in Cincinnati.
Now, as Executive Director of EDGE Teen Services, Kristen brings that same heart and decades of experience to helping local teens discover their strengths and build brighter futures. When she’s not at EDGE, you might find her cheering on the US Women’s National Soccer Team, exploring a new restaurant or planning her next trip — ideally somewhere near the water, and always with her two grown kids, her favorite travel companions, by her side.

Clare is dedicated to creating fun and meaningful experiences for young people of all backgrounds.
